By accessing or using our website, mobile application and related services (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services. By clicking "Agree" or using our Services, you indicate that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms become effective from the date you first use the Services and remain effective until terminated.

Annoval Medical is committed to providing one-stop cross-border medical services for global mid-to-high-end clients, including:

• Remote Consultation Services: Online medical services connecting international patients with authoritative experts from top Shanghai hospitals
• Inbound Treatment Services: Full services including visa assistance, medical arrangements, translation accompaniment, and follow-up care
• Health Checkup Services: High-end customized health checkup packages and health management solutions
• Specialty Services: Including TCM health, tumor treatment, cardiovascular disease and other specialty services
• Medical Translation Services: Professional medical translation and multilingual support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate and complete information
• Update your personal information in a timely manner to ensure its accuracy
• Safeguard your account information and not share it with others
• Not use the services for any illegal activities
• Respect medical professionals and not engage in insulting, threatening or harassing behavior
• Comply with relevant regulations of the medical institutions visited
• Pay service fees on time
• Cooperate with our medical team and customer service staff

• Annoval Medical serves as a medical service intermediary platform and does not directly provide medical services, but assists patients in establishing connections with medical institutions and medical professionals
• All medical services are provided by qualified medical institutions and medical professionals. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, safety or effectiveness of medical services
• Remote consultation opinions are for reference only and do not constitute final diagnosis or treatment plans
• Patients are responsible for ultimately deciding whether to adopt medical advice and bear the corresponding consequences
• We make no promises regarding any medical outcomes, including but not limited to treatment effects, recovery levels, etc.
• Medical conditions vary from person to person, and any treatment carries risks. Please consult professional medical personnel before making medical decisions

The terms regarding service fees are as follows:

• Fee Transparency: We promise to provide a clear fee list before services begin, including all possible charges
• Service Fee Structure: Service fees are determined based on service type, expert level, treatment plan and other factors
• Deposit Requirements: Certain services may require prepayment, and specific amounts will be stated in the service agreement
• Refund Policy: If services cannot be completed due to our reasons, full refund will be provided; if cancelled due to user reasons, corresponding fees will be deducted based on actual circumstances
• Price Adjustment: We reserve the right to adjust service fees with prior notice

Policies regarding appointments and cancellation are as follows:

• Appointment Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation notification including time, location and relevant preparation matters
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Remote consultation: Full refund for cancellation 48 hours in advance
  • Inbound treatment: Full refund for cancellation 7 days in advance
  • Health checkup: Full refund for cancellation 3 days in advance
• Rescheduling Policy: Free rescheduling once if cancellation conditions are met
• Late Arrival: If you miss your appointment due to late arrival, you may need to reschedule and pay relevant fees
• Emergencies: For medical emergencies, please call local emergency services directly

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages
• We shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, epidemics, government actions, etc.)
• We shall not be liable for losses caused by third-party actions (including but not limited to partner hospitals, doctors)
• We shall not be liable for losses caused by the user's failure to provide accurate information
• We shall not be liable for any losses caused by the user's violation of these Terms
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant services

Terms regarding intellectual property are as follows:

• All intellectual property of our website, design, logos, content, etc. belongs to Annoval Medical
• Unauthorized copying, modification, dissemination or use of our intellectual property is prohibited
• For user-submitted content (such as reviews, feedback), you retain related rights but grant us free use rights
• Respect the intellectual property of others. If you find infringing content, please notify us promptly

We may terminate or suspend your services under the following circumstances:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You engage in any illegal activities
• You insult, threaten or harass medical professionals
• You fail to pay amounts due
• You provide false or misleading information
• For security, operational or legal reasons

After termination, you will not be able to access relevant services, and we reserve the right to take legal action.

We may modify these Terms from time to time:

• Modified Terms will be posted on this page with an effective date
• For significant modifications, we will notify you through website announcements or emails
• If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may choose to terminate services
• Continued use of services indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms

The interpretation, execution and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court in Shanghai.
